Shipping policy

We know that you are excited about starting your next project, so we want to get your yarns and accessories to you as quickly as possible. Our products either ship via USPS from our local yarn shop in Newport, KY or from one of our suppliers' warehouses. Your listing will note whether the item ships from a supplier's warehouse.

Processing Times: When we receive your order, we will pull it the same day if it is in our shop. If it is shipping from one of yarn suppliers' warehouses, we will place your order with them the same day. They will ship your order either that day or the next in most cases. If you order a project bag, mug, journal or print, your order will be created especially for you then shipped from the manufacturer. All such products on our website ship from the US. This may take up to a week.

Shipping Times: We ship via USPS unless you request DHL or UPS which are usually more expensive. Shipping times are out of our control, of course. We will deliver your package to the USPS in 1-2 business days. After that, it is up to them.

All packages are sent FOB Newport, KY. Once the package is dropped off at the local USPS, we are no longer responsible for it.
