Anica is a fun and very easy little shawl. It is worked sideways with clever shaping which results in long narrow symmetrical tips. Mostly knit in garter stitch with pretty eyelets adorning the one side and picots the other.
Kit consists of:
-1 skein of Uneek Fingering (100% Extrafine Merino)(100g/435 yards) in the color of your choice. (Model is knit in # 3005.) Click on the color number, above to see the skein.
-Digital pattern
Gauge: 17 sts x 42 rows = 4” on US 6 (4 mm) needles, however, the gauge is not important for this project.
Finished Size: 70”x 16” (blocked and relaxed)
The pattern is available in two formats: compact (2 pages, 14pt) and large print (4 pages, 20 pt) - instructions in larger print format. (This version is better for those who use portable devices like tablets and e-readers; also for those knitters who have difficulties reading small font on paper.)
