La Jolla, Baah Yarn’s most popular and sought after product, is a fingering weight yarn made of 100% superwash merino wool. Each unique skein is carefully hand painted in small batches in their Southern California studio using only high-quality yarn and professional grade dyes. Please keep in mind that the colors shown on your screen may vary due to differences in computer screen calibration. As with all hand-dyed yarns, each skein takes on a slightly different appearance (even when dyed together!) No two will look identical, which makes each skein unique!
Each year Baah Yarn hand dyes an annual LYS Day color called Love Your Store at their Las Vegas studio. This limited edition color comes with a free shawl pattern. This year’s pattern, Love Your Store ’22, will use 3 skeins of Baah Yarn La Jolla. The original shawl knit by Mira uses the colors Love Your Store ’22, Frozen, and Pantone's Color of the Year, Periwinkle. The Love Your Store '22 Shawl is available as a kit. (You do not get the completed shawl in the photo, just the yarn.) The Love Your Store '22 colorway is also available in single skeins.
