The Tinsel Stole is cast on along the short edge and worked to the opposite end. The lace is both written and charted.
This item is shipped directly to you from the Universal Yarns warehouse in North Carolina. It is not available in store. Shipping is a flat fee of $9 for all Universal kits and yarns. Order as much as you would like from Universal Yarn and the shipping remains at $9.
